Ahead of this, it is important that your Broker properly understands the risks that your business is potentially exposed to and your attitude towards minimising these risks. We can talk to you about all aspects of this process by carrying out an in depth review.

This review, or audit, will look at your current arrangements and its appropriateness and will include site visits to establish the accuracy of the cover currently in place. Packetts would fully review current policies to identify gaps in your present portfolio and recommend solutions.

We would also discuss market trends including new products that may be available, and offer value as well as protection, to clients and prospective clients alike. Once all of the above are agreed, Packetts would then design your individual Insurance programme and take it to the Insurance market in the knowledge that they have the necessary depth of understanding to be able to secure the most competitive terms and the widest available cover.

Packetts will also act as relationship managers between client and Insurer to make sure that both parties continue to understand how the business operates and to make sure there are no surprises in the event that a claim situation should arise.
