Charlotte joined Packetts in May 2021 following an 11-year career at an independent insurance broker working solely within the commercial sector. Since joining Packetts as a Commercial Broker, Charlotte has developed and expanded her role into management. She works alongside the branch director and collaborates with the Jensten group while supporting the team in successfully operating their division efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, Charlotte lives in Baildon with her husband and two children. She loves to spend time with family and friends and take her Goldendoodle out for nice family walks when the weather allows it.
